Access to deeper support and concierge service highlight new opportunities for retailers

Scottsdale, AZ – August 3, 2018 – AVAD LLC, North America’s leading provider of solutions for the residential and commercial custom installation markets, announces a deeper partnership with Nationwide Marketing Group that will expand AVAD’s reach of award-winning services to Nationwide’s dealer base. AVAD and Nationwide will launch this new program at Nationwide’s upcoming Primetime event that takes place from August 5th to 9th, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At the show, AVAD will unveil a custom program exclusively for Nationwide dealers that will grant members access to restricted lines, specialized pricing   freight specials, while also providing them with the ability to tap into to AVAD’s, technical support, system design and a dedicated Nationwide concierge. AVAD’s personalized program designed for Nationwide dealers includes access to over 100 brands and a custom VIR   incentive program. With AVAD’s three-tier partnership program, dealers can qualify for free freight, special Nationwide pricing, rebate dollars, and more.

AVAD Control and Automation Dealers Across US and Canada to Launch Savant Studio and Savant Central Management Cloud-Based Tools

Scottsdale, AZ – July 23, 2018 – AVAD LLC, North America’s leading provider of solutions for the residential and commercial custom installation markets, announces a strategic partnership with Savant to showcase a broad range of smart home products based on Savant Studio and Savant Central Management. For this initiative, AVAD will provide sales, logistics, and award-winning support services to their network of dealers in the United States and Canada beginning on August 1st.

Savant has selected AVAD as an exclusive distribution partner for Savant Central Management and Savant Studio, a groundbreaking new cloud-based configuration and management software that will enable AVAD dealers to deliver superior smart home systems to a broad range of consumers. This amazing technology dramatically simplifies system configuration, which can be deployed remotely from an iPad, and proactively alerts integrators to service opportunities before a problem arises. And, with Savant Central Management, AVAD dealers and their clients can feel confident knowing that they are protected by time-stamped, permission-based secure access to vital systems. The AVAD/Savant partnership will also provide existing Savant dealers with regional access to hardware as well as technical support and customer service thanks to AVAD’s physical presence in major markets.

The set-up process, problem detection and resolution, and deployment of the system was very efficient. Savant allows me to send my technicians to install equipment with a clear roadmap. Using the Savant Central Management tool makes it easy to troubleshoot and make changes to a system without going into the field.”

AVAD Will Provide HTSA Members Access To Many Of Their Award-Winning Services
